ELECTRICIAN / MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Up to $30.00 an hour based on experience.
$500 Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment breakdowns.
- Use of analog, digital test equipment, and electrical tools.
- Experience with networked I/O PLC networks and industrial networking.
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of DC drives and Servo drives.
- PLC troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Experience with the following helpful:
- Ability to perform minor power projects which include conduit and wiring installation.
- Ability to understand complex electrical and pneumatic control diagrams.
- Knowledge or ability to use machine shop equipment.
- HVAC experience.
- Familiarity with newspaper printing presses and mailroom processing equipment.
On-the-job training where needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of Industrial electrical / maintenance.
- Experience working with voltages of 600 volts or less and associated equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivated.
- Microsoft office applications or similar.
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to climbing and working from ladders and steps, working in some confined spaces, periodic moderate to heavy lifting as related to various jobs.
- Work schedule is nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The team will assist with training.
